Frequently Asked Questions
REEDMOW SERVICE BASICS
-
The ReedMow Standard Plan is a comprehensive residential maintenance service that includes professional mowing, precision edging, string trimming, and debris blowing for all driveways and walkways. As part of this standard service, ReedMow provides complimentary leaf cleanup for up to three full bags per visit.
-
ReedMow utilizes a photo-documentation system for service verification. Every completed job is recorded with time-stamped and date-stamped "after" photos uploaded directly to the ReedMow customer portal. Clients can request these photos be sent via automated notification immediately following service completion.
-
ReedMow offers weekly and bi-weekly mowing frequencies to Sugar Land and Missouri City residents. A consistent regular mowing day is assigned to each property based on neighborhood routing and chosen frequency. Scheduling remains fixed to ensure predictable service timing for the homeowner.
-
For the safety of animals and the crew, ReedMow requires all pets to be kept indoors or securely leashed during scheduled visits. ReedMow offers automated arrival reminders upon request to ensure homeowners have time to secure pets before the team arrives.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
-
ReedMow lawn mowing costs $50 per visit for standard residential properties. This flat rate covers mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and up to three bags of leaf removal. Currently, ReedMow is only accepting customers for recurring weekly or bi-weekly services.
-
ReedMow utilizes Squarespace Payments for secure online billing. Invoices are automatically sent to the customer's registered email address immediately following the completion of service.
-
A $10 late fee is applied to ReedMow invoices that remain unpaid for more than 14 days. If a balance is overdue by less than two weeks, standard mowing continues; however, add-on services (bush trimming, mulch, sod) and seasonal promotions are paused until the balance is cleared. Services are suspended indefinitely after 14 days of non-payment.
-
ReedMow does not require long-term contracts. While a Service Agreement is provided to monthly clients to outline service expectations and standards, customers are not locked into a binding term and may cancel per the agreement terms.
-
If a scheduled visit is missed and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, ReedMow issues a full refund or account credit automatically. Customers are never charged for incomplete visits.
SERVICE AREA & ACCESS
-
The primary ReedMow service area includes the entirety of Sugar Land, Texas, Stafford, Texas, and Missouri City, Texas. Service requests for properties outside these zip codes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis via the online quote form.

-
ReedMow is an owner-operated business that performs all work in-house. ReedMow does not subcontract lawn care to third-party vendors, ensuring that the same trained team maintains the property every visit.
-
The ReedMow equipment fleet consists of professional-grade push mowers, backpack blowers, hedge clippers, pole saws, and rakes, specifically selected to provide high-quality results on residential Texas turf.
